We take heat safety extremely seriously. All sessions include mandatory water breaks every 20 minutes, live wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) monitoring, shaded rest zones on every pitch, and staff trained in heat illness recognition. Sessions are modified or suspended when WBGT exceeds safe thresholds. Our protocols meet and exceed Texas UIL standards.

Standard soccer cleats, shin guards, a 32oz+ personal water bottle, and SPF 50+ sunscreen applied before arrival. We recommend moisture-wicking clothing and a wide-brim cap for summer sessions. Program-specific kits are available through the academy.

Yes — we offer a complimentary trial session for new players. Contact us to schedule your child's visit. Trials are subject to availability per program and age group.

Absolutely. We offer 10% off for a second sibling and 15% off for a third or additional children enrolled at the same time. Contact us to apply the discount to your enrollment.

No prior experience is needed for our AlpaCubs (6–8) or Rising Stars (9–11) programs. These are designed to build fundamentals from the ground up. For older players, we'll have a brief assessment conversation to place your child in the right group.

Mild rain: sessions continue. Lightning within 10 miles: sessions are suspended until the field is clear for 30 minutes per NOAA guidelines. Extreme heat (WBGT above threshold): sessions are shortened, moved to shade, or rescheduled. Parents are always notified promptly.

Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. Our enrollment form does not charge you — a coach will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your spot and set up payment securely. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfer.

Yes. Through the Charity Sports Foundation (founded 2025 by Solomon Westwood), we have limited scholarship spots available for youth from underserved backgrounds. Contact us directly to inquire — all inquiries are handled with full confidentiality.
